When do you go live for rip & ship?We stream multiple nights a week across Twitch, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll see a banner on the site when we’re live. Want your packs opened on stream? Include your stream username and platform at checkout and select the correct shipping method.

What happens if I buy during a time you’re not live?No worries—your order will be safely held in queue for the next available stream. You don’t need to reorder. Just make sure you included your stream name so we know it’s for the rip.

Can I buy sealed product without joining a stream?Absolutely. Our site is open 24/7. Just choose sealed shipping at checkout and we’ll send your items unopened. We cater to collectors, players, and sealed product buyers—not just stream orders.

What’s the difference between “Hits Only” and “With Bulk”?• Hits Only: You get all your top pulls—ultra rares, full arts, alt arts, etc. • With Bulk: You receive everything from your ripped packs, including commons, uncommons, code cards, etc. Choose whichever fits your collecting style.

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?Yes! Choose “Hold My Order” at checkout. We’ll stack your pulls until you decide to ship. When you’re ready, just purchase the “Ship My Order” option and choose your preferred method (Hits Only or With Bulk).

Do you ship internationally?At the moment, we’re only shipping within the U.S. Stay tuned—international options are something we’re actively working on.

Can I cancel my order?Cancellations are allowed on sealed product orders only, and must be requested before shipping. A 6% restocking fee applies. Rip & ship orders are final once the packs are opened on stream.

My package was lost or damaged—what do I do?Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order info. While we aren’t responsible for carrier damage or loss, we’ll do everything we can to help make it right.
